Rosette Birthday Cake

This time I made a 8" by 8" square Red Velvet Cake with delicate rosette frosting made of pink lemon buttercream.
The cake is decorated with Happy Birthday letterings made from homemade Marshmallow fondant, yum!

Football Themed Cupcakes for Faez's Birthday

A birtday set of 16 cupcakes for my cousin, Faez's birthday last week.
8 super moist Chocolate cupcakes, plus 8 Chocolate Cookie & Cream cupcakes topped with glossy chocolate ganache and creamy buttercream frosting.
These cupcakes were decorated with footballs made of Oreo cookie, greenery grasses made of coconut & other football inspired elements.
